1. Payment:

• Method: Paypal, T/T, Western Union, L/C;
• Terms:

1) Welcome to pay full;

2) If order amount is more than USD 500, we support 50% Deposit and the balance before shipping.

3) If more than USD 2000, we support 30% deposit and the balance before shipping.

2.Package:

• For retail jewelries: box is 15x10x4cm, weight:0.020-0.050 kgs usually.
• For wholesale or customzied designs: 1pc/pair in 1 opp bag, 100pcs/carton. All products will be packed with PE foam or bubble bag in the carton.

1. Producing Time

• For customized designs: 15 - 25 days usually. But if the products are made from mould with material stainless steel: it will be 40 - 60 days.
• For stocked designs: no producing time other than the stocked jewelries sold out.

2.Shipping time:

• 3-7 days with fasted express.
• 7-15 days with normal express.

3.Shipping method:

• Mostly we use express like DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT. Cheaper express available also;

4.Return:

• If you found faults about the jewelries we sent, kindly contact us in 30 days upon you received it. We will offer a reasonable solution.
